From Reaction to Response
A NOSELFHATE Emotional Intelligence Workshop
Register Now
Registration is limited to 20 participants. Deadline: August 4 at 5:00 PM Central.
Emotions can provide valuable information, but they can also move quickly into reactions that affect communication, relationships, decisions, and accountability.
From Reaction to Response helps participants recognize emotional triggers, separate feelings from facts, pause before reacting, communicate more clearly, and choose responses that better reflect their values.
This interactive workshop expands on concepts explored through NOSELFHATE Season 1, Episode 8: What Is Emotional Intelligence?
